Quick Insights Dashboard

Quick Insights is the analytics dashboard containing key reports that help you understand the adoption and engagement of your program. You can interact with the dashboard data using dates, drilldowns, filters, hovers, and zoom.

Note: The date at the top right of the view shows what data is accessible. Data after this date is not yet available and is not included in reports.

Adoption	User Composition	Tracks the percentage of users from the total population that are active.	Track program usage. Helps gauge the overall adoption of a tool or portal.
Adoption	Active Users	Tracks the number of active users.	Track and react to the adoption of the program. Helps answer questions about audience size and growth.
Engagement	Actions Trending	Tracks the number of actions.	Track user behaviors. Helps see the change in behavior of specific actions and user groups so you can compare it to your goals.
Engagement	Average Actions Completed Per User	Tracks the relationship of active users to average actions per user.	Track and react to the adoption of the program. Helps understand if your population and their activity is growing.
Missions	Missions Completed	Tracks the number of missions completed.	Track missions to analyze if completions match your program goals. Helps identify if users are reacting to new missions and/or ignoring older ones.
Points & Levels	Points Trending	Tracks the points that are credited and debited.	Track user engagement. Helps optimize your program's points economy to ensure continuous motivation.
Points & Levels	Level Distribution	Tracks the number of users by level.	Track the user's progress from program onboarding through mastery. Helps identify drop-off points to optimize the program and ensure continuous motivation.
