SAP Instance Provisioning

Before gamification can be fully enabled in SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Bunchball provisions all sandbox and production instances for the customer as a work task coordinated with the SAP team. This task is behind the scenes to the customer, and the details are documented internally.

After provisioning sandbox and production instances, Bunchball provides the API Key and Secret Key for the new instances. These keys are also available in Nitro Studio > Configuration > Site Settings > Overview.

Bunchball Strategy Workbook

A default configuration is provided as a starting point for new SAP SuccessFactors Learning programs, which includes a standard strategy workbook document as a guide. Consult with the Bunchball Strategy team for help in further tailoring the program to meet any unique business objectives.

Always use the strategy workbook to initiate changes to your program. Versions of the workbook should always be the same as the configuration in Nitro Studio.

Nitro Studio Access

Administrative users need to be set up for initial configuration, then ongoing gamification administration of the program. Nitro Studio is the single interface for all Nitro administration. Bunchball manages the initial setup for the first administrators, and then those administrators can add and maintain their other local admin users moving forward. Administrative users are managed from in the Studio Users view.
