Nitro Studio Passwords
For general login issues, clear your browser's cache, refresh your browser, and try logging in again before resetting your password. Nitro Studio allows 5 login attempts before the account is locked.
Bunchball cannot manually unlock an account. The lockout period is 30 minutes from the last failed attempt.
Nitro Studio Session Management
Nitro Studio creates a static 24 hour session token at login. If you're using a public or shared computer, ensure you log out of Nitro Studio before leaving the computer. Log out by clicking the user icon () > Logout.
Reset an Expired Password
By default, Nitro Studio passwords expire in 90 days. If you receive an expired password error, do the following:
- Open the environment requiring a password reset. The password will be reset in the selected production or sandbox environment only, not both.
- Production - https://[ICS].nitrostudio.bunchball.com
- Sandbox - https://sandbox.nitrostudio.bunchball.com
- Click the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter the email address associated with your Nitro Studio account.
- Click Reset My Password.
If a reset link is requested multiple times, you will receive multiple emails. However, only the last email has a valid token to reset your password.
Nitro sends an email to the specified email address with a password reset link. If you do not receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder. The reset link is only valid for 48 hours. Follow the email instructions to reset your password.
Change a Password
If you are able to log in to Nitro Studio and want to change your password, do the following:

- Be unique and cannot be the same as your previous 5 passwords.
