Nitro Studio Passwords

Nitro Studio creates a static 24 hour session token at login. If you're using a public or shared computer, ensure you log out before leaving the computer (click the user icon () > Logout).

Change a Password

For general login issues, clear your browser's cache, refresh your browser, and try logging in again before resetting your password.

1. Open the environment requiring a password reset. The password will be reset in the selected production or sandbox environment only, not both.
   • Production - https://[ICS].nitrostudio.bunchball.com
   • Sandbox - https://sandbox.nitrostudio.bunchball.com
2. Click the Forgot your password? link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Reset My Password.

An email is sent with a password reset link. If you do not receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

New passwords must have:

• a minimum of 8 characters

• at least one uppercase letter

• at least one lowercase letter

• at least one number

• at least one special character/symbol
