Award Account Enrollment and Verification Examples

The following examples show how a user's award account balance, Profile web component, and Missions web component differ depending on enrollment and verification status. Once a user is enrolled, the verification options set in your award account determine if they can earn award points, see award points in the Missions web component, view their available balance, and spend award points.

Enrollment Example

You can add a custom message in the Profile web component that displays when a user is not enrolled in the award account. If you do not add a custom message, the Profile removes all award account information.

A user that is not enrolled can't earn award points or see award points in the Missions web component.

Verification Examples

The example missions shown in the Missions web component are configured to award both Points and Coins (award points).

Note: These examples use verification status to disable the redeem button within the Profile. If you have a group class for users that cannot earn awards, you can use that group class to hide award account information from the Profile.
