Service Level Agreement and Beta Participation

The Service Level Agreement (the "SLA") sets forth additional terms and conditions (which supplement the terms and conditions set forth in Bunchball's Master Services Agreement) under which Bunchball will provide hosting, maintenance and technical support for the Bunchball Services.

Beta Participation

Our Beta program provides early access to features before general release. Beta testing is available to select customers based on interest and compatibility with their program.

Beta features are provided "as is" with the understanding that the feature may contain defects. These defects may be addressed immediately or prioritized for future versions in accordance with our SLA.

Features available for beta testing will be announced in our monthly release notes and product release emails. Beta feedback may be collected via a short survey. Contact Bunchball Support or your account team if you're interested in participating in beta testing.
